Asplenium bulbiferum (Pikopiko/ Hen and Chicken Fern)

This plant is also called Mother Spleenwort and is a delicate fern that reproduces by forming fernlets along the fronds. It naturally occurs in the undergrowth of native bush especially in high rainfall areas. Pikopiko is perfect for underplanting in shady areas, it also performs well indoors in a pot, in a living wall or as a ground cover. Likes nutrient rich soil, damp and shady.
