A round headed, small tree with large tropical looking leaves. The leaves grow larger in rich soil. Grows well in containers and has an attractive upright habit. The Puka is endemic to the Three Kings Island where it is the dominant vegetation. Also appears in coastal forest, grassland and scrub.
Is frost tender and prefers full sun to part shade.
